Is this scroll brand new? if not cud sumbody post vides of it being used? thanks

dude u have to hack it like how i tried the new viper in practice without it being for practice just get the codes to two scrolls find the first one like lucha scan it go to "my character" page make sure u have default scroll scan 0 click all the ones that are 0 and freeze them and change them to the scroll
